Culture is at the center of everything we do

About Us

As a certified women-owned small business with over 25 years of experience in the HR and diversity, equity and inclusion space, Robin believes that cultural intelligence is the most valuable skill needed to foster an effective workplace culture. She also believes in the concrete over the abstract. While other programs focus on building awareness, she has built The Eastledge Group to focus on delivering practical skills that enable organizations to thrive in multicultural settings.

Unlike other organizations, our approach is intentionally designed to build Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) within all types of organizations and workplace cultures using an academically-validated assessment tool. We equip our clients with the necessary skills, tools and tactics to build a healthy and thriving workplace culture.
